Well, when you put it in server sided, that is for trade screens and wield. You won't be wielding the lottery ticket, but if you are making them tradable, I would put it in server sided as well.
Would the client sided part automatically make item 619 say lottery ticket or do I need to put server sided in before it says lottery ticket, and yea that was my problem
I'm not sure if this is or isn't your problem, but try replacing where I have put "itemActions" with "actions". See if that fixes the error. .
