  3. think of the rs worldmap divided all by 8x8 tile squares. now u can put a squre from a location in another location and even rotate it. thats how what you call palletes are being used for in rs.

  6. hey, about 6 months ago you showed me the construction system you were working on, for matrix before it was released. i was wondering if you would be able to give me some sort of fundamentals of how palettes work considering you're the only one who i think is capable of giving an understandable explanation. my framework uses palettes for static locations, i understand the idea of a static location just how the pallete works.
