Vastico is the one with those permissions
Basically someone already has the name that i want, but they logged in once, 0 posts, 0 rep nothing at all. So Vastico said it would be fine to delete/rename that account and give me the name "Connor". When i request for "Connor" it says its a rule breach, whats with that?
I have a slight problem though.
