Everything is too big IMO. I dislike the font choice, doesn't go with a RS styled website; choose a more medieval font, I'd recommend Kingthings. Work on the buttons, they're not bad but I'd make them a little smaller, lower the distance of the drop shadow, I normally only use it at 1 or 2 distance. The gradient/effect on the font in the navbar isn't really working, whatever it is. Choose a different layer style with the main RuneScape font, it's not visually appealing.
The slider is okay but pay attention to detail
One side is bigger than the other & I don't think you need the box there anyway.
The content boxes wouldn't catch my eye, again, the font choice throws it off; it's also a bit too small. The login box is alright, the 'LOG IN' above isn't needed because it looks weird with the same text written underneath; again would look better with a different font (sorry.) I don't like the texture you've used either.
Stick to one font, you have different fonts all over the place. Its good for a beginner! I'd like to see more.
Don't like it. I think someone with designer rank should do better than use a runescape wallpaper as a background.
Some parts lack contrast which makes them hard to see. Login button text looks LQ. You really need to give the parts where you use text place to breathe, typography is a major part of web design. The whole area below the wallpaper is really dark and due to lack of contrast mentioned above, unpleasant for the eye. Overall I think you could have done better.
Looks quite good, May be a little too big (the nav bar)
I like it but why is the logo smaller than the redirect icons.
Also make the box that is around play now in proportion to the two boxes underneath it.
It's falling short atm.
thanks for the feedback
v2 with resizing (smaller) changing fonts (navbar) and making it brighter and some other adjustments:
