Nah i dont like this the colours are pretty sick.. and the halo guy is all blury

text is bad, no flow or depth, master chief looks badly resized. colours don't work and there are no effects. also the render isn't blended and is jsut slapped on, soz but 2/10 for a normal sig but for one of ur first bout a 5/10 cos u r using some alright tehcniques to make not too bad effects in the bg.

You look like you are just experimenting with a few effects :P
Change the background to match master chief and your name. 6,5/10. It doesnt really match and flow together..
