Looks dank! not sure how I feel about that stroke but well done!
It'd look so much better if the text fit inside the background, as of right now it just doesn't look right to me. Over all pretty good design. Also maybe playing with the text transparency at least on the I letting that diamond shape shine through it a bit might look really good.

I've seen a few people comment about this on the Discord too.
I think you could try the following:
- Switch the texture/styling of the text with the background. (Typeface chosen is very decorative, and I think the textured/dark feel of the text is too much - Switched with the simplicity of the background instead would brighten it up and fix this. The background then would be darker with the text texture instead).
- I would remove the type (terminal/ascender) on the top/bottom of the I in the middle. , think it's a bit confusing and doesn't represent the letter well.
- Maybe dim/darken the gem colour behind the text. Personally, it's too overwhelming and makes itself more prominent than the name.
- The Top Bar/Stroke with the cyan/blue colour could be carried out underneath at the bottom too, instead of just being at the top.
