It is better than the previous version, nice work.

However why make a new thread again though? Could of just edited previous one with the new version plus keeping the old version so people can still leave feedback ect

meh. Looks super basic. It's just a text and a google image with blending options. You added some spikes behind the shield but it isn't enough to make it look appealing for me. You could do much better.

I pretty much shouldn't even say a thing because I don't even have the skills myself to make a logo, but from what I've seen, this is not your best work.
Like Jigsaw mentioned, you're capable of more, and due to the work you've shown previously, we have high expectations from you.
Maybe you should re-consider changing the overall design of this logo?

Yeah could just keep the old version and show new version in same thread instead of making a new thread

I like it but I feel as though the text-type is fighting against the icon. I also feel that the 'M' font should be the same for both as being separated you could think it's a different logo?

Maybe make the bottom text smaller to fit underneath the icon so there's a hierarchy, or only use them separately (or side-by-side).
Other than that, I like the clean look.
