Basically us sending you the Logo Rework by OMNI to add to the client background then you use it, for other servers to resell is unprofessional you do not own the rights to re-sell others work nor use our logo on other servers

That's true actually until you sign agreement with him, swaghetti can even release your graphic assets without permissions.
