Usually you'll want to avoid centering your focal as it's a rather outdated practice with tagging. It looks like you're quite keen on using scan lines in these designs, which actually works in their favor. When centering something, if that's the route you want to go, it's a good idea to create a new guideline at 50% and then use it as a reference point, sort of like I did here: https://i.imgur.com/0WtAUj9.png
The smudge effects on the second one are interesting, though the scan lines detract a bit from the quality of them. Don't be afraid to play around a bit more with canvas sizes as well and really experiment with the compositions in how you stylize everything. Your style seems to be set on center aligning everything, which gets a little boring to look at. Play around with the positioning, maybe add a few more effects on the different plains of depth (such as brighter smudge lines on top of the scanlines on that second one), and really don't be afraid to get colorful. The monochromatic black/green, black/red, black/white doesn't really pull attention too much. In the future, try and avoid using borders as it makes the tag feel restricted in a way, though admittedly I'm fond of what you did with the red bordering of the third.
Keep at it, and be sure to keep sharing your work here.
