It seems that it's too slow. I'd give it a 6/10 being honest, the ad itself is not bad just the pacing.

To be honest it doesn't look like an advertisement for a rsps

I suggest setting the time to no delay for the transitions, it will look much smoother. Also you gotta start experimenting with layer styles my dude.

needs to be flashy with colours and words screaming at you, it needs to get the attention of the people who are seing the ad. This one is too slow and plain.

    4/10.

Oh I mostly meant for the sliding arrow thing, sorry didn't notice the rest on my phone. You can do with or without bevel and emboss, it's all about how you use it. Like Isak said you gotta make stuff pop more, sticking to two tones of colour doesn't help. Making the text presentable using either some light b&e and adjusting the highlight/shadow with some subtle outer glow. Use of textures, patterns or background will help, use stock images and resize them. It hard to put into words, much easier to show. Although photoshop is very limited in terms of animation compared to After Effects, you can still make it as clean and attention-drawing if you experiment a lot with layer styles and colour correctness.

Ignore the fact it doesn't fit the rsps theme, as I think it's been pointed out enough.
Play with some smooth gradients. There's plenty more I could suggest, but take it one step at a time. Your progress is nice.
    Looking for long-term position.
