You should make one thread with all the stuff you do instead of doing many different threads. However you did a really nice job again!

Alright guys, so I gave this my best shot. I took advice from Strade and he helped with the best settings for the glowing.
Bxd gave me advice and motivated me. This piece took me 2-3 hours and I feel like I learned allot from it.
I couldn't help it, but I really wanted to share this piece:
- I made sure there was depth, so it looks good.
- I made sure there was light that focuses on the character.
- I put allot of effort onto the glowing lines.
I am aware that it may lack here and there, feel free to post.
Starting from my next piece and on wards, i will change the renders etc..i seem to keep using renders of normal characters just standing.
I have plans to produce quite sick work and I'm sure you guys will like it.
I'm liking your work so far, this one is very nice. Can't wait to see more.
I like this, not bad.
Your work is getting better though there is still a lot you can work on.
Firstly, please don't centralise your renders, I see it done so often and it can really be the difference between a great piece and a mediocre piece.
Secondly, the c4ds in this work don't compliment the flow of the render and look misplaced. For example, The c4d behind the render's left leg accentuates the leg and adds depth while also offering as focal point because it follows the flow of the render whereas the other c4ds don't really serve a purpose.
In regards to the background, I understand how difficult it can be to create a stellar background that fits perfectly, but it's important you spend as much time on it as any other aspect of your work because the components you put the least effort into stand out more than the components that you put the most effort into. It is especially relevant in backgrounds because your background is something that fills in a lot of the empty spaces in a piece (blank spaces in a piece are something you really want to avoid). I would suggest just using stocks (maybe sci-fi ones, since the seems to be the direction you're going in) for the background to begin with then making your own textures or just using larger c4ds as the bg. Backgrounds are less a of an issue with smaller canvas sizes because the fx take up most of the space, so that is something I would probably suggest.
All in all, yer the lighting is good but I think you need to focus on the foundation of your tags before sprucing them up with fx.
Nevertheless, kiu.
Much better, things to work on though -
Transition from background to c4d and render is essentially non-existent.
I don't really know what's going on. Render choice is questionable imo since i don't really know when the render being focused on ends and the c4ds start. all just looks like one big transformer, idk prob nitpicking.
Bit messy, no real flow in terms of element placement
Some parts feel a bit too blurred for no reason - http://i.imgur.com/gOaiZ5T.png
however it's much cleaner and more visually appealing than your previous showcases and definitely a step in the right direction towards ment 3.0 and strade 2.0
