You created those textures, patterns, brushes, pencils, styles and phoenix? If you mean you used no templates or any layout that's fine but practically everyone does that.

EDIT: The background is one layer, where are your flares and beams? It looks like you just copied and pasted images on top of each other and added the final text.

You used brushes and a pheonix, so it wasnt made from scratch because you used resources. Making something from scratch means you don't need to use any resources.
