I kind of aimed to give this a more Halloween kind of feel but, I'm not sure if I can use this or not.

i'm liking the feel of this (though its not halloweenish at all tbh)
in the mid right side of the tag the brightness suddenly changes because of the stock you have but in the bg, i suggest you try to blend it more so that there isnt such an abrupt change
also the brushing at the bottom right corner seems random

Hey, so ok! the very first thing i noticed was the black thing im the bottom right corner. i dunno if you put that there or if its part of the stock but i think you should either get rid of it or blend it in. i love where you put your and it really makes the piece IMO, its overall a 8/10 but im afraid its not haloweens, but the freestyle is up now so go for it!
Some parts of the lightning is too strong and there a few spots that look oversharpened
