I dont really like how there grunge >.>. Personally, i think you should move on to bigger and better sig styles (Sprites, stocks, etc). Register at gamerenders.com and look around the tutorial section, lots of great tutorials. Although on topic, i like how it seems a bit glossy.
It is pretty much a brushed background with a pasted render. The colours don't go well. 4/10, a beginner sig. As Beh3moth said, register on Gamerenders.com and move on to sprites or stocks.
