    Step 1 :
    Open a new file 350*19.


    Step 2 :
    Select the Gradient Tool and change the Back/Foreground colors to whatever u like.


    Step 3 :
    Now with the Gradient Tool draw a line like showed on this pic :


    Now u will have something like this :


    Step 4 :
    If u dont have a ScanLine pattern go here and follow my tut :
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Step 5 :
    Next create a new layer "Ctrl+Shift+N", select the Paint Bucket tool and select Fill Type : Pattern.


    Then select the ScanLine Pattern and fill your userbar with it ( Lower the Opacity of the ScanLines to around 30% ).

    Step 6 :
    Download the Visitor Font here : [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    Create a new text layer and type your name, mod, ... WITH THESE SETTINGS :


    Now select Blending Options and Add a Stroke with these settings :


    Lower the opacity of your Text Layer to around 80% :


    Step 7 :
    Create a new layer ( Ctrl+Shift+N ) and Press Ctrl+A,
    Go to Edit >> Stroke and use these settings :
