Animating GIFs In PhotoShop

1. Put each frame in its own layer.
2. Go to "File -> Save for Web".
3. Select "GIF" in the drop-down box.
4. Check the box next to "Animate".
5. Check the box next to "Loop".
6. In the box in the same frame, type in the amount of seconds you want each frame to last.
7. You can click the web browser icon to preview it.
8. Press "OK" and save it.

Well, enjoy! :d

Or... you can use the Animation window. :d
