[Request] Looking for someone to design an advertisement thread.

First and foremost, I would like to say that this is NOT for a Runescape Private Server, but a different game entirely. We've been seeking a graphical designer that could design a well-done advertisement thread for quite some time now, and I remember visiting this site frequently when I was younger. If I recall, this site had quite a few artists and I was hoping to see if we could get something going. Basically, it's a standard advertisement thread, and all terms will be negotiated over SKYPE. If you feel comfortable working with us on this project, please let me know.
Payment: 10-15$, depending on the quality of the work.
Standard: Fast, high quality artistic work. Fit to advertise on multiple forum boards.
Provided: All text and images, you just have to use your artistic creativity to bring the actual thread to life.
