I want to know if recoloring a image posted in previous SOTWs is legal because the current SOTW winner, Anime did so. It was his own work, but not much graphics or skill was involved, it is just black and white.
It just struck my attention as I think this is a cheap way to win, recoloring? C'mon...

Hes good. You can't do it 2 weeks in a row, after that, you can add it again.

It says you cannot enter a sig that already won.
I think you mean no premades/no entering the same sig twice ever.
I'll give it a trial run for the next sotws and if the entries decrease dramatically it'll be removed.
Grayscale is fine. It's just another version of the tag. Either way it's his own work. But i agree with the 2 week rule i guess.
It's not that important honestly..
