Are people still interested in these games?
My opinion would be if we can manage to create proper clients and servers for this, we could bring new life into these games.

See it was a playable mini-game from within the client, or optional launch options for a runescape client etc.

let me know what you think.

if you remade Arcanists and had a decent playerbase you could count me in, that game was fun as hell, unfortunately if the games themselves don't have much of a following it will be hard to get people to play a server based off of them

nevertheless I say try it, maybe even add your own spice to it, would be keen on seeing where you take it. Goodluck.

FunOrb games (including Arcanists, AoE) are actually still playable so it wouldn't be too difficult gathering info and the game clients, however I don't see much of a long term market for them as private servers.

They recently took down the Kickabout League servers =/

Me and P2N got a hold of the Kickabout League client deob though thanks to Kyle Friz.
Been working on a Kickabout League private server for a while now.
Maybe success in Funorb private servers will revive Funorb itself.

I mean, I honestly would play it and I can for sure tell you that there is a big audience out there that is still waiting for the revival of those two games.

I know a big following behind Kickabout; could definitely round up 20-30 players off the bat with some fairly known people from there.

Yeah, but I don't think you can buy Membership, which means that the games are very limited. (Let me know if I am wrong)

ya you can still get membership and play member games on funorb, however the playerbase is dead. meaning arcanists having 1 players at peaks, and aom 0-1 as well.
