Depends on what kind of server, but I'd prefer 50x
edit: Maybe you can do a little Soul Split type thing where you pick a title (Sir, etc)
The lowest rank gets 50x, the middle rank gets 35x and the highest rank gets 20x.
with benefits to whatever title they pick, etc.
