My test server is Daiki's edited wL server. I don't really edit it much, only unless I do some clientside work that requires some serverside coding. When I run it, it only accepts localhost connection, so when people try to connect, it rejects them (it rejects all IPs attempting to connect). I don't have any nifty features, maybe a few frame work from when Jake, voiD and I were working on the Method & Frame Project (which I got bored of).

If you're looking for a good server start, you should do wL source, if you're experienced in Java. If you don't really know much about servers, you should look at the TestScape source to see how things work. Just make sure to make handlers and don't use void process() for everything you make (void process() causes lots of lag).

BlakeScape D-Boosted, which is pretty much winterLove, since you didn't give Daiki as an example

Being object-oriented is good but it is not as much of a compulsary act. But we are using java and we might as well as use the object-oriented programming.

Monte zuma: All those servers on the list originate back to WinterLove's server. So there will be only 1 base.

The best thing to do is make server from scratch or source w/ only some features like Blake..maybe whitescape.
