Like i mean, if a server when you signed up, all you had was f2p gear, and the normal members objects were members objects. Would you pay 5 bucks a month to become a Member?

No, I wouldn't pay, that's the whole point of pservs; not paying.
You have to be able to "overfill" a f2p world before you even consider a p2p world, the last thing you want to do is split players up before you've got a decent playerbase.
