Prior to the first picture I'd been working out consistently for about 3-4 months. I've been in and out of the gym since high school, so I had a decent starting point as I was relatively fit to begin with.
Throughout 2017 I consistently worked out an average of 4 days a week, and during September and October I slowed down to 2-3 days per week doing mostly light exercises as I injured my back (bulging disc in the lower thoracic spine, rib out of place, etc) which still give me some troubles today. I generally workout with a "function over form" mentality. I don't have the cleanest of all diets, and I don't lift to "get big". Most exercises are done in sets of 10-12, and I throw in a lot of cardio on and off to stay lean. I've jumped between 160-170 roughly throughout the year depending on when I felt like toning out. I plan on bulking up after summer of this year, hopefully getting to around ~180 by this time next year.
The current goals are to cut down to about 165 to lean out (my abs are trash), and I'm currently roughly 173-175 if you include waterweight. My weight is also quite inflated because I for some reason have genetically gifted tree trunk legs. Can post my average workout routines if anyone gives a fuck.
(hard to get any real good pictures because I don't really have a decent mirror with good lighting in my house, also the way I'm taking the picture makes my back look unsymmetrical but w.e critique as you wish)
