It's a money fight anyway, both Mayweather and McGregor are intelligent enough to cash in on this event and set themselves up forever (although Mayweather has already done that but another 300 million for 1 fight can't hurt, right?). Mayweather will win this bout easily.
With regard to Mayweathers body after ageing: I don't think this'll turn out to bea big factor in this fight. If it was against another great Boxer who is capable of striking consistently round after round for 12 rounds I'd say yes, his age may play a factor. But this is McGregor, he hasn't had a single boxing match amateur or professional in his lifetime. It's a completely different ball park, he will tire out around rounds 5 to 6, if not before that. I can see McGregor getting K0'd by Mayweather out of shear exhaustion. Hit up YouTube, you'll see clips of Mayweather training for August. He's still in supreme shape and looks just as capable as he was 5 years ago.
