    Hello guys,
    My name is Dennis and I started my Calisthenics journey with my cousin. The first time when we started doing Calisthenics we could barely do 4 Pull ups.
    But we kept each others motivated and set ourselves multiple goals... After one month we could do our first muscle up and this gave us a motivation boost.
    I started to learn about nutrition and workout, this is when it all changed. I had my nutrition on point to gain weight and my results were great. I felt stronger and healthier then before.
    A journey started and we are not going to end it!

    Q, Any belts you'd recommend for deadlifts etc? Struggling to find one I like/feels comfy

    Belt for deadlift? What are you bodybuilding or weight lifting? If you are weight lifting, nah buddy it's never going to feel comfortable lool. If you are body building and its uncomfortable, then lower the weight, you are doing it wrong. Form over weight for body building. Otherwise, weight lifting, these guys don't care about body building but just moving weight about. It's all about form. When I used to lifit, I could lift 100kg to start with going up to 120k to 140k for max 6 reps without a belt and i tell you what, it's that mind body connection form. It's all about the form. You are showing off how much and how quick you can lift something in body building. It's all about FORM.

    Nice progress man, I've thought about getting into calisthenics a few times. Always nice to be able to do crazy things with body weight, keep it up!

    Calisthenics was fun for me for a whole year, but dedicating 3-4 hours a day to it was unrealestic when i got into the real world. Now I just do body building, less time required and more progress

    Did I want the journey to end, nope, but it had to because of time and the work it took to see results
    Making RSPS for over 7 years!

    Thanks bro and you should definitely try it! You can have great results with it and the advanced movements are such a motivation when u are able to do them!

    Yea I understand bro, the results take longer but it's worth it. But it's good that you didn't quit sport and still doing bodybuilding! I'm now cutting atm for the summer and after the summer I will do weighted calisthenics with a nice lean bulk!

    I would do Calisthenics, but it's hard gaining weight for me.
