Well first off there's a few clips missing and some shouldn't even be in there, the editor messed up. (Should've used hudl to be completely honest.) And there's a big difference between american ball and the cfl. Highschool football here in Canada is definitely a little bit slower and smaller compared to america. The ball over there has bigger faster and stronger athletes. I've gotten a couple emails from coaches from all over canada (Specifically junior football which is like Div 2, I'm just not ready to play University football yet, this is my second year of playing football and my first year playing offensive line lol so I'm going to play a couple years in Junior, get stronger and faster and hopefully make a university team.)

My current lifts are 275 lbs bench press (2 reps) and 440 lb squat. :/ I'm 6'3" 330 lbs and I'm hopefully going to drop down to 280 - 300 in muscle this year.

lemme know what you think, I'm kinda shit at football and I definitely need to start being nasty like Brandon Scherff or something next year, I'm trying out for a selects team that will travel down to Fort Lauderdale this upcoming november so I'm definitely going to start being mean and nasty there to crack a spot on the roster to travel to the states and see what american ball is all about! lmao

Damn you got the size and potential to play collegiate. Hopefully you can get into a winning cis team like Western or Laval.
Which province is this high school footage from?
You should look into team canada aswell, that will give you tons of experience

I'm from Saskatchewan. But I think I'm going to stick to CJFL for a year or 2 then try out for the Rams. And for sure! I'll definitely look into Team Canada man. That would be sick, thank you

Deadlift is kinda old school, don't really work on it too much. but it's just about the same as my squat.

Not trying to insult OP but 440 squat and 275 bench isn't really impressive for someone his size, especially if he's trying to play in the next level.

It's definitely not bad. I'm a 6'3 250 lb artillery gunner and my bench is like 225 with a 365 squat. rofl.

Go take a look at the squats/bench/deadlifts of college football lineman, you'll be very surprised BUT that is what they expect from them. A 275 lb bench max is what's expected of a running back not an offensive lineman.

I'm from Canada, as I said the lineman in america are much bigger, faster stronger athletes.. I took a look at our combine results, some of the best offensive linemen in my province only lift about 250-300 max bp.

The top grade 12 recruit offensive lineman from last year only did 279 for his bench and the top recruits in my province at combine for runninbacks were lifting 225.

As for the grade 11's the top offensive lineman in MY class of '17 is 6'0" 267 lbs and lifts 312.75 for his max bench and the top runninback in my class (team canada player.) lifted 265.50. Keep in mind I'm literally living in the gym this off season and I want to get my bench to atleast 300-310.

Here is the top offensive tackle recruit for the class of '17 in USA.

His max bench press is 315lbs and his squat is 405 lbs

    Foster Sarell - Hudl

No, this is the #1 OT in the USA.
    Trey Smith - Hudl
But his lifting stats arent there so here is the #2 best OT in the country's stats.
    Isaiah Wilson - Hudl

Sorry if I insulted you in any way. Your squat is fine but what I've mainly been focusing on was your bench which is quite low considering your weight. Anyways, You've got a good chance if you keep up the work during the off season.
