    Another question : Should i do HIIT cardio while dirty bulking? (I'm definitely going to do that when cutting)

    Never do any sort of cardio while bulking. Cardio consumes a lot of needed calories that you need to gain weight. Other than that bulking/cutting is a common workout method so of course you should go for it. However, you should explain the meals you are going to eat and stuff. Especially considering you're 15. To do it right, you need to talk to your family and make sure they proportion your food properly.

    Thanks for your answer, what i eat alot is: rice/potatoes in squares/mashed patatoes/eggs/meat/fruits/vegies etc.
    When i eat i eat pretty much.

    For example what i have eaten today. (I "cook" for myself if you want to know that):
    Breakfast:
    6 sandwiches with 4 eggs (without salt) and some cucumber on it, and green tea without sugar ofcourse
    Midday:
    2 croissant
    Dinner:
    (Homemade) Pizza
    Snack:
    Fruits
    I only drink water

    What do you think?

    Seems like a giant breakfast for two very low calorie meals later. If you're not gonna change your food you should at least throw in protein shakes or more meals to make up for a lack of calories.

    Yh i will drink protein shakes and eat a little bit different when i work out, thanks for the help
    (probs 4 sandwiches with eggs in the morning, 4 sandwiches with peanut butter in the midday, and a huge dinner for sure)

    And the pizza wasn't a low calorie meal because i threw mozzarella and parmesan cheese on it, a whole can of tuna and some onions. It's was pretty big , so it was alot of calories for sure.

    But i think that is what i needed to know, thanks for everyone that replied , if you guys have any tips for me , leave them on this topic

    You are going to fail start working out properly before doing these 'dirty bulks' which are nonsense as you will gain too much fat and not enough muscles.
