I had a thread in this section last year ..
First of all, Im happiest that i could overcome the addiction of playing runescape like a retard .. I just remebered this section and i came to say hello.
So I've started lifting weights 5 years ago, continously taking breaks and ups and downs is all i remember.
Im 20y now, I just started lifting again 3 months ago , I took 1 YEAR BREAK due to personal reasons and it was a tough time.
Im 1.94 ( 6'4 ) , gained like 12kg the past 3 months im standing at like 105 atm.
Never used any supplements anyway they wont do any magic, once tried a gainer 2 years ago.

I have pretty fast metabolism which together with fast acting Insulin sensivity and great genetics make other people wonder what I use..
Some people are gifted to play football some are gifted with high IQ, some are born to bodybuild ..lol
My recommandation to you fellas is work 3 times a week, full body workout is the key to success for natural bodybuilding.
Watch "Leroy Colbert" may he rest in peace, I've learned alot just by watching his youtube videos.
