I'd just like to hold an debate over which football/soccer league is the best in present time.

Thought this was obvious.
Although Real Madrid and Barcelona are two of the finest clubs in the world, the BPL has a league consisting of at least 8 teams that can challenge for Champions League spots. Why do you think 4 spots in the Champions League are reserved for BPL teams whereas only 3 are for La Liga teams.
La Liga in my opinion.
Most teams in the BPL are good, Belgium international is very good aswell.
