    Bruin Brood - Brown Bread
    Melk (halfvolle) - Half full Milk
    Zilvervlies rijst - Brown rice
    Brinta - Similliar to Oat Meal
    Olijf olie - Olive Oil
    Kip - Chicken
    Sperziebonen - Green Beans
    Banaan - Banana Obviously


    I do not have alot of money well almost no money at all... so i made this feeding schedule based on that, and i'm wondering if its alright.

    and for the people saying find work im trying to find work for in the night since im on a retarded school which starts at like 9AM which means i have to wake up at 6 AM since its a 80 mins trip with the train.
    and ends at 6PM.
    so i really only got time to go the gym after.

    Damn mate ur school really sucks 80mins with train sucks
    And btw mate ur not that poor i cant afford those meals everyday tbh so be lucky with what you have , i'd be a beast if i had lots of money and afford good meals everyday , lmao afford chicken everday .. nah

    Looks good looking at the fact it's mostly cheap, and you get your high calories intake.

    This whey isolate, I'm assuming that's a shake, you're taking 3 a day, perhaps you should cut it down to 2 for starting, since you're most likely going to plateau, and you can always increase to 3 after that.

    As long as you intake around 2-3k calories and have a high protein-carb diet you will grow the muscle
