Beats are very generic and plain. They don't add anything to the songs. None of these beats really stand out. Production is kind of poor.
His hooks need A LOT of work.
His lyrics are just mediocre at best. I've listened to most of those songs on his Reverberation yet I can't remember any of the lyrics.
So, to summarize it all, I'd say he just needs to spend more time working on songs. His beats are plain and add nothing to the song. If needed, re-use old beats from some good/known songs. Don't let the beat outdo him though. A few of the songs had beats that just overpowered his voice. Next, he needs to really work on his lyrics. His hooks are boring and plain, when he has them. None of his songs are memorable. His lyrics just don't stick out. He needs to work on a writing style. The best way to figure out how he wants to write is to just take influence from his favorite artists.
For example:
Childish Gambino is amazing with metaphors. "My dick is like an accent mark, it’s all about the over Es"
Earl Sweatshirt is good at using words that sound a like: "Known narcissists, sipping on arsenic
Carved carcasses in the garage, don't park in it"
He needs to take inspiration from other artists and figure out what he wants to do personally. He needs to find out how to stand out and differentiate from the masses. This rap he's doing now will just keep him so far underground nobody will ever care about his work. Music is art, and with art you need a certain level of creativity and originality.
