Im defiantly would not call myself a magma or anime enthusiast but i have watched some very good series that I thought i'd share

Cowboy Bepop - Hagane no renkinjutsushi (TV Series 2009– ) - IMDb

Full Metal Alchemist (brotherhood) - Hagane no renkinjutsushi (TV Series 2003–2004) - IMDb

I watched the dub versions of both

If you've seen either of these i'd like your opinion, otherwise maybe leave a suggestions for another series I may like

You should probably try Samurai Champloo if you liked Cowboy Bepop, it's the same author and sort of similar story just more recent and modernized.
Got a Hip Hop / Samurai theme to it aswell, really enjoyed it.

You should try just about every work of Studio Ghibli, in particular Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, My Neighbour Totoro and The Borrow's Arriety. Grave of the Fireflies might also be a possibility, but be warned, that's not easy viewing material.

If you liked Cowboy Bebop, I would definitely recommend Baccano!
It has that same underlying Jazz and Blues theme that Cowboy Bebop has and it was definitely an enjoyable watch. I just finished watching it myself

Or otherwise.. you can't go wrong with other popular anime like Death Note
