I was just wondering if Fullmetal Alchemist was worth watching?

If so, how do the seasons go in order...?

    Fullmetal Alchemist
    Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
    Fullmetal Alchemist Blind Alchemist

Amazing anime, it's a must watch to all anime fans. You will keep clicking 'Next episode' if you do ever start .

Fullmetal Alchemist is the first release of the anime.

Fullmetal Alchemist : Brotherhood is the remake of the first one, with better graphics ect.

Blind Alchemist is an OVA, it's not part of the actual story but you should watch it last.

Watch Full metal Alchemist Brotherhood instead of the first one because it's just a better version of it with the exact same story!

Hope this helped! Loved this anime and wish it carried on.

Edit: Full metal Alchemist Brotherhood also explains the story in a different way, so it's not really considered an actual remake. However, there's still no point in watching both as they'll give you the same story but in different ways. It follows the Manga plot whereas the first one sways away a bit.
    Spoiler for Vouches:

    Wrong.

If you have time you should watch both, i'd go with watching FMA first since it does explain the beginning of the story a little better, whereas brotherhood tends to compress and speed through (I guess they assumed you've already watched the first one)

But Brotherhood completely follows the manga, where as the original doesn't just "sway away a bit" it takes the story into a completely different direction. Not that its a bad thing, its pretty much an alternate retelling of the story that is good in its own right, but still nothing compared to the manga's story.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, watched it and it's great.

I'd rather watch this one since it follows the manga.

FMA and FMA: Brotherhood are great, don't let anyone tell you that Brotherhood is superior to the original because it isn't. The diversion and cut is very clean in the original FMA and unless you read the manga, you cannot tell where anime-original material starts and manga material ends. Both are extremely quality anime and should both be watched, don't miss out.

Just finished the original, didn't really like the ending though.
