Hey guys... I've always wanted to write a book... Just recently I released a book on Amazon Kindle about Spirituality... Now that I've done that I'm starting to feel inspired to write a 200-300 page fictional Novel...
Have you guys ever thought of writing a book? It's not hard to publish once you've finished it.

Amazon Kindle a Google Play Books will always publish your books and if you publish enough you'll make anywher from $200 - $2000 a month.

Have a prologue and a few chapters in rough draft format and the outline for the base concept for a fictional novel, don't quite know what to classify the genre as..
Plenty of other stuff I've prioritized though, so that's still on the back burner.

I have tried. I think the biggest thing is doing proper planning beforehand. You need to have a consistent state of mind and be in a similar emotional state during your writing or else the flow of the book can be off.

Its something I have considered in the past and hope to one day achieve. While in my case it would be more factual and academic on an issue in society (The Cyber Effect by Mary Aiken is a good example), writing fiction is a much more tasking challenge. It requires commitment, motive, backing and much more.

I've written script in the past for film production which follows the same premise and the best advice I can offer you is develop an entire universe for your characters. You want to understand their entire backstory, specialities and motives behind doing anything and what keeps that character moving forward. If you're writing to be successful, you need to dedicate a lot of time to your practice and trial things in different formats countless times.

I write a lot as I am underground enough to write away and I will take this into account. I just noticed about how important format can quickly change your idealogy on a precise sentence.

I actually did. Wrote about 50 pages but never finished it.
I don't even think that I still have it on my computer haha.

If I'd ever start writing a book again I won't do it to earn some money, I would do it to tell people a story, or try to inspire people or whatever
