Old Poem I wrote thought I'd just share it here for those who appreciate creative writing.

    Her and I

Years ago, among the distant lands, I'd hear a whisper, playful in nature.
A dreamless avenue encompassed my mind, her cherry-breath and smile, bright.
The thread between two hearts, were never too close, a one-sided love.

Hair like the brushes of a peaceful brown, exhibiting nothing but pure.
Eyes like the measure of a sparkling star, emitting nothing but pure.
Almost like the allure of a deer, mysterious, yet known, somehow I should have grown.

Like a young melancholy, nature's widow hung dry, splashes of crimson and zest.
An aroma of nothing less-set, a throbbing, a sensation, rising and rising,
As if all words were to erupt now. Was this lust? Or a moment of happiness?

Where time ceased, the azure-forest remained, not a sound, nor a hint.
A moment of clarity, as if all faded to white, momentarily.
A nail so strong, it must have pierced thy by now, yet I continue to bow.
