Solved. Thanks.
Talk about how the man is feeling mentally, but in first person of course.
hmmm, i would write a story about this topic np but im too tired atm going along the basis of your idea so far, start of with something along the lines of this; 'I'd always dreamt of living in a fantasy land since i was just a child, but never did i think it would happen' then go along of what happens in the rs tutorial, about the survival guide and making fires with tinderboxes ect ect then the hole way through the tutorial until you get thrown into the land of Gielinor and use a runescape character like Ozan or another quest NPC and talk about different quests, then on one of your quests you stumble upon the head wizard in the wizards tower that can get you back to the real world but you have to do stuff for him, use a bug quest like monkey madness or dragon slayer or desert treasure or whatever you may please and go along that.
When i am assigned English essays i normally write about a quest in runescape but change the names and stuff, great inspiration has come from runescape to get my English GCSE goodluck writing you story bro
ahh in that case write like a kind of hunger games type theme, you and a bunch of other kids are thrown into the tutorial island and are given the training to survive between each post, melee, cooking ect ect you are trying to get to the end of the island to get the orb that will teleport you back to the real world then you could fall inlove with some girl thats with you in the competition and you two are the only survivors the you let her escape to the real world at the end (then the rest are sent to the mainland of runescape, creating your next installment) or something
Well let's take a step back for a second. What is RuneScape... It's a medieval RPG. So, you can pull something similar to Gladiator (American Film) and show how this otherwise typical modern-day civilian get's shaped and pushed into the mindset to be a great and powerful warrior - the premise of RuneScape as it currently stands.
This now, assuming you're not restricted to using 100% of the content on Tutorial Island and you can somewhat stretch what's actually going on.
Tutorial island of olde' for a brand new player would typically take about 15 - 20 minutes average to complete, so it's a matter of specifying some of the more intricate details and occupying time with them.
Like the Giant Rat fights:
Perhaps going through rigorous training and exercises in order to survive against genetically modified Sewer Rats. -> Time spent displaying training methods -> Get creative and add a humorous incident.
There's a lot you can do to stretch out going through the very process of tutorial island. Watching this person become a better all around adventurer.
At the end it turns out the guy was sleeping the whole time.He goes out side his home and everything has changed,he finds out he is in the land of runescape (i Dont know if you wanna Use runescape as the name) The guy then wonders if he is still dreaming......And he goes On multiple quests for answers And meets many characters along the way.
And idk. That's all I have,I'm not great at writing.
