My teacher wants me to find the answer to the following.

What is Brownish Red, is in the substance of powder and can Melt, A Gun, Steel, Iron, Diamond, Glass and everything on earth.

It isnt the sun. I forgot what it is called, but it burns at like 12 thousand degrees.

Only thing I can think of that burns at anywhere above 10,000 degrees is magma/lava. It's really more red-orange but I guess you could say it's brownish-red o_o
Did I help answer your question? Signs of appreciation are always, well, appreciated!!!

Thermite burns at roughly 2500 Degree's Celcius, As far as I know the hottest burning substance ever recorded was Dicyanoacetylene or NC4N, which burns at approx 4990 °C

Diamond at high temperatures does not melt (Including its own B.P), it would more "burn".
In order to melt Carbon, you'd need to do it in a vacuum or somewhere absent of oxygen, 10 million times normal Atmospheric pressure and at temperatures of 3820 degrees Kelvin, which translates to about 3,547C
