    Code:
    x^2 + (2i -3)*x + 5 - i = 0

    ok, here is a hint; x = a +bi with a,b \in R
    start by substituting x=(a+bi), expand the square, and then separate the equation into two equations. say you get f(a,b) = 0. then your new equation system is Im{f(a,b)} = 0 and Re{f(a,b)} = 0.

    Code:

    x² + (2i-3)x + 5 - i = 0
    Looks like a quadratic

    D = b²-4ac
    = (2i-3)² - 4*(5-i)
    = -4 - 12i + 9 - 20 + 4i
    = -15 -8i

    Answers are :

    (-+(2i-3) +- sqrt( -15-8i))/2

    = 2 - 3i and -2 + 3i

    From what I hear, Delta starts lagging at 15 players online.
    40% of 15:
    0.4 x 15 = 6
    15 + 6 = 21
    Gz.
