After posting a few tutorials involving a lot of pictures i came across the problem of size and quality. All my screen shot pictures were about 1.4MB each and that was too big for the forums. Then i saved them as .JPG. This caused the quality to go all bad and fuzzy. Solution: Saving as .PNG
PNG works great for me. The quality is the same as .BMP but the picture size is a little less then the .JPG... Just thought i would let you all know so it doesn't take 30 minutes to load a tutorial with a lot of pictures
Image uploading sites such as ImageShack.net automatically convert the pictures you upload into .PNG. But, you still use all the time and downloads when you upload the picture. So save them as .PNG before you upload.
Use .PNG for your pictures for good quality and small file sizes![]()
