In terms of server-side code, these three have been very influential:
- winterlove (original rsps)
- varek (rs2dv)
- Graham (Hyperion/Apollo)

If you think about the milestones in rsps development, those code bases have made a big impact.
There are of course others that have made significant contributions. I just thought of those three personally.
