So it's been almost half a decade I've been editing in the RSPS community and I soon I will be making my 50th and last video.
Throughout all the videos finished and all the business done, I can say I owe several servers a huge apology.
I haven't always taken this market seriously because of how cheap people try to get video content for the same
amount of work and that attitude carried over to the wrong people. While some videos took days or weeks to finish
I spent more than months or even a whole year (yes) on servers like Elkoy and Etherum. Although those videos are
finished, that does not deviate the fact that it was a completely unfair service and I did not deserve to even be able
to proceed, but I was allowed to and I appreciate that.
Anyways, this has been a huge lesson on doing what you are truly passionate about. I've always loved editing Runescape
content, especially RSMVs. Utilizing that skill for RSPS content was an idea I had to put my editing skills to good use and
doing services had made me realize that it's more than just skill. Being passionate is self-discipline and honing your skill.
It's easy to become complacent when you've done something over and over and that's what happened to me. Now I know that
it's not the end result that should motivate you when you're truly passionate about something, but the process itself. Ironically,
Rune-Server services taught me one of the biggest lessons of my life, the hard way.
And to the servers I have neglected, hopefully I can apologize through my actions and not my words.
