- unless you're planning a uhaul road trip (doubt it) then you need to really need to value items you consider essential that you couldn't just stick in a car (bed, sofa, etc.) as the cost of moving those probably outweigh the worth
getting a job over the phone
- i think that is pretty antique (at least in my experiences), you'll probably have a webcam chat on something like meetme
Assuming you want to live in a nice part of SD (have no experience whatsoever there but seeing just rent rates $2k+), you should start already looking into rent necessities (qualifications like income typically being 2x base rent, joint lease with friend, probably will have to ask parents to co-sign a lease for credit/lack of rent history which might be a hard talk)
