Not too surprised that he played rs tbh, lil peep, post malone and I'm sure many more 'soundcloud rappers' played or still play rs.

I'm actually done.....
You have no insight into his life, you have no idea of what he is going through. Do you even know the girls name he hit? Do you know what happened before he hit her? Do you know why he hit her?
some girls step out of place and by that i mean they abuse the "men cant hit a girl" thing.
Everyone is different and has different views on the world and what should be right, x showed it, unlike everyone else that just hides their true identity.
he was 20 with money, imagine what the girl was doing, i'm not defending him nor attacking him because no one knows what happened, did she instigate it? I don't know but you can't attack him on that subject let ALONE AFTER HE PASSED AWAY.
Respect the dead. Simple.
i like the part where u addressed any of my criticism and just deflected to piss poor insults
i genuinely cant believe you're trying to justify beating up a woman by quizzing me as to if i know her name or what happened before he "hit her", as if any of that matters. lol at u downplaying it to just him "hitting her" and not strangling beating choking and almost killing her when she was pregnant with his child, threatening to kill both her and the child.
and u forgot to address the part where he openly brags about beating up a gay prison inmate
none of this justifies strangling somebody to near death and beating them, dunno why you're even trying to argue this position.
nobody knows what happened apart from the witness's own testimony then him attempting to silence her with a payout? i can attack him for it thanks and you don't get to decide who i can lambaste.
no, he deserved no respect alive and that doesn't change cos he's dead. with this shitty backwards logic you should respect Jimmy Saville who was outed publicly as a paedophile with multiple victims after his death - purely cos "he's dead"? no thanks lmao
this is who you're defending btw:
"I’ma f--k y’all little sisters in they throats, I swear to God. I swear to God, everybody that called me a domestic abuser, I’m finna domestically abuse y’all little sister p---y from the back."
- XXXTentacion
Actual degenerate died like a degenerate
OP making him look like tupac lmao get real
rest in piss
Never said i was defending him. My point was he was young and no one really knew what happened before he hit his girl and that shit he said about people calling him a domestic abuser, is purely him losing it, imagine thousands if not millions people bringing you down and treating you like dirt and those same people were not even there to judge you and sided the girl without even knowing the story.
Regardless he was changing and he did change as of late, he started promoting positivity and put everything behind him. When was the last time you saw him promote violence or anything in that nature.
he was young and changing.
Not defending what he did. He made mistakes and he changed from that and was trying to become a better person but wasn't even given the chance to show people like you that.
I wanted to make another post because of the posts here
So put yourself in his shoes and in his position right? The way he grew up and the people he is with, people cope with problems differently, I bet some of you still play RS because its a form of escapism, but again he dealt with his issues differently, and the things he done was in his early 18s, he basically just became an adult. Like you guy's are telling me you haven't done anything stupid when you were young, things you may regret, things that hurt others?
As he was growing older his music grew with him, he was learning from his mistakes, isn't that what being an adult is about, he was changing and we got to follow his change with the music he put out. He was 20 years old and moved so much people with the emotion he puts behind his songs.
There is more points to make, but I think you guys understand, just give his music a try and spread the love. To grow as a person you need understand other people, you can't let his actions affect the cause of you not listening to his music?
yes im telling u that at age 18 i never threatened to kill a woman and her child, then proceeded to beat her into a pulp. why the fuck are you weirdos defending this by deferring to the fact that he was an angsty teenager??
age 18 to 20 isn't some massive opportunity for self rehabilitation. regardless, 2 years of self improvement doesn't change my judgement on his life actions as a whole. his existence on this earth cannot solely be remembered by just his music and completely exclude his morally indefensible actions. As he was growing older his music grew with him, he was learning from his mistakes, isn't that what being an adult is about,
no, nobody should be supporting him as an artist. There is more points to make, but I think you guys understand, just give his music a try and spread the love.
yes u certainly can. the same way u can let the actions of people be the reason u don't watch their TV shows or whatever (a good example is Kevin Spacey when his gay rape allegation came out, people boycotted his show on netflix).you can't let his actions affect the cause of you not listening to his music?
this is a good article on the subject: How Hip-Hop Rewards Rappers for Abusing Women
