You're restricted until you're medically cleared to be unrestricted. If the doctors feel you're having seizures, and you feel as though you're misdiagnosed, you're still a danger behind the wheel. Everybody wants to be the tough guy hero and say they're fine to drive, but the issue isn't you, it's the danger you potentially put everybody around you on the road in. Heaven forbid you have another episode and lose control of your vehicle on a busy road.
Your only option is to get a second opinion at your medical treatment facility, or a second opinion at a different medical facility. If the results are consistent with your first diagnosis, then you'll likely have to seek medicinal treatment that would allow you to safely operate a vehicle. You can't take this to court, because your case of "I have these seemingly random episodes of involuntary moments and fainting, I don't believe the doctors are correct but I'm currently not under treatment" isn't a very good case to argue.Does anyone also know if theirs a way to appeal against their decision and take it to court?
