Like in the topic title, and where 1 in 5 women are raped or sexually assaulted in gender-based violence, little girls between 6 and 13 years-old dressed as pretty pink princesses drop F-bombs to draw attention to society’s continued sexism. Asking the question, “What’s more offensive? A little girl saying f*ck or the sexist way society treats girls and women” these adorably articulate little ladies in sparkling tiaras turn the “princess in distress” stereotype on its head and contrast the F-word with words and statistics society should find shocking such as “pay inequality” and “rape.” The video also features a 12 year-old boy wearing a pink gown standing up against sexism saying, “When you tell boys not to ‘act like a girl,’ it’s because you think it’s bad to be a girl.”

Problem is, its targeted to every man in the planet.
For centuries, women were marginalized and discounted by men. One of the many stereotypes that men ascribed to women when doing this was that women were overly concerned with their feelings and the ways others perceived them. Yet, this is the same cliched behavior that tribal feminists have fallen back into.
And thus, as with many philosophies taken to their political extreme, tribal feminism has come to contradict many of the very premises philosophical feminism was built upon. Tribal feminists, in the name of fighting shame and oppression, shame and oppress views that contradict their own. And once your philosophy has inverted upon itself, it becomes corrupt. Just like the old communist societies of the 20th century, once you set out to provide perfect equality for everybody, you achieve the exact opposite. What was once progressive becomes regressive. You become so busy policing people’s thoughts and opinions that you lose track of what actually matters.

Who cares if it targets every man on the planet, every human on the planet, or every entity on the planet, or even just you? It doesn't matter at all. Sure there may be truth to inequality, but that's because people pay mind to it.
Humans corrupt things, simple as that, it's apart of life at this point. Why? Because we're too busy pointing fingers at each other.

If all of us decided to stop blaming someone else, who in turn is blaming someone for something else, who in turn blames someone else - and just decided to introspect, we would all be at peace. It's a never ending vicious cycle because you allow it. by giving the one thing you were gifted with and cannot be taken away unless by personal choice, awareness.

Sure, if there are people going out on the streets, causing unnecessary violence and harming others for the sake of their own cause, maybe there needs to be a form of intervention.

But until we stop with the good and evil bullshit abstractions that us humans have plagued ourselves with using such intelligence and sentience, this won't ever change - and the system will burn itself to the ground.

Life goes on, focus on what you love, not what you hate.

Equality doesn't exist in the natural world, and humans are no exception. This agenda is complete cancer worse than BLM.

Piss off there is no wage gap. Until I see an equal amount of welders, electricians, miners, pipeliners, oil riggers, construction workers, drywallers, plumbers, roofers, machinists, mechanics, and other trades/labour jobs between men and women, and there is STILL a "wage gap", it's horse shit.

The 77 cents on a dollar bullshit doesn't take into account occupation/education/whatever else (RE: Greg's video). Do you expect the "wage gap" to be nearly equal when the majority of women work notoriously lower paying jobs than men? If you want to speak out about "equality", how about encourage more women to becomes tradespeople instead of working as a cashier or secretary for pennies above minimum wage?

If women were really cheaper labour for the same price why wouldn't they fill up the majority of the workforce? All the stakeholders care about is $.

I wasn't fully able to decode that monstrous wall of text in ur OP but I'll follow the trend.
Wage gap isn't fake, it's very true. Iirc among highest paying jobs women earn ~40-70c(fluctuates depending on job obviously) to the dollar in the USA but this isn't comparing women in the exact same levels of management as men, as women in those jobs are underrepresented (The original survey compared x women and y men's income regardless of tenure, role in the company, hours worked overtime etc). People get such a hard on discussing this topic of a wage gap as opposed to trying to make a difference in the statistic. Especially today when Women and Minorities have so many options due to stupid quotas that companies have to meet.

You are aware that the wage gap is explicitly referring to "occupation/education/whatever else", right..? While it is true that some women earn less than men for the same role, this isn't 1960 and that's not the main focus/reason.

The real question is: _why_ are women going into massively lowerpaid jobs than men (which likely means lower quality, but also e.g. less likely to or less effective at negotiating payrises). Assuming you arent dumb enough to think women are just biologically determined to prefer jobs that pay less (or any other 'because sex' comment), the cause is environmental - the way society raises and treats women causes this (remember this is about the average wage - this is not how one or two women are treated, but is so prevalent that the _average_ wage is massively lower).

I'm not going to pretend to know the solution or even point to a specific cause beyond "society sucks" but a lot of this is pretty obvious if you think about it (assertive men are often viewed as good leaders, stand up for people etc whereas assertive women are bossy or bitchy - teaches women to not be assertive which is obviously bad if ur negotiating a salary). But its clear that on average women get paid significantly less and go into lower-quality jobs, which also means its pretty likely that we dont have the best people working atm - if only 10%* computer science phds are women [because for many varying reasons women dont go into it], are we really sure that nobody in the other 90%* who was dissuaded from CS would be better than anyone else doing their phd? Seems very obvious to me that when society teaches people from a young age that X role is not for them, we end up missing out on some people who would be good for that role (and this also applies to e.g. male primary school teachers, nurses, etc).

*i made these numbers up but hopefully it gets my point across
