Piss off there is no wage gap. Until I see an equal amount of welders, electricians, miners, pipeliners, oil riggers, construction workers, drywallers, plumbers, roofers, machinists, mechanics, and other trades/labour jobs between men and women, and there is STILL a "wage gap", it's horse shit.
The 77 cents on a dollar bullshit doesn't take into account occupation/education/whatever else (RE: Greg's video). Do you expect the "wage gap" to be nearly equal when the majority of women work
notoriously lower paying jobs than men? If you want to speak out about "equality", how about encourage more women to becomes tradespeople instead of working as a cashier or secretary for pennies above minimum wage?
