SECTION 7: TERMINATION, LIMITATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
Breach by the Customer of his/its obligations as defined hereunder, including all activities specifically barred while
using OVH services and/or any content specifically barred when using OVH services, and/or likely to result in civil
and/or criminal liability and/or likely to prejudice a third party’s rights, shall give rise to OVH’s right to immediately
cut off the cable and/or interrupt the Customer’s services, without any prior demand, and to immediately terminate
the Service, as of right, without prejudice to any other damages OVH may have a right to claim.
At the end of the term of this Service, for any reason whatsoever, OVH shall entirely delete all the files on the
    Customer‘s Service.
OVH reserves the right to restrict, limit or suspend its services without prior notice nor indemnity if it appears that
the Customer uses the services provided for any activity which violates the terms and conditions of the Agreement
with OVH or the Service objectives.
The Service may also be restricted, limited or suspended when the specific terms and conditions applicable to a
type of Service offered by OVH provide for such sanctions in the event of a breach.
The restriction, limitation or suspension measures shall always be taken in accordance with the seriousness or
recurrence of the breach(es), and shall be based on the nature of such breach(es).
The Customer agrees in advance that OVH may restrict, limit or suspend the Service offered if OVH receives a
notice in that regard from a competent administrative, arbitral or judicial authority, in compliance with the laws and
    regulations in force.
Either Party may terminate the Agreement, as of right and without indemnity, in the case of a Force Majeure event
lasting more than thirty (30) days.
OVH reserves the right to interrupt the Customer’s Service if such Service endangers the maintenance of security
or stability on OVH’s hosting platform. OVH shall, to the extent possible, give the Customer prior notice regarding
    such interruption.
OVH reserves the right to interrupt the Service, as needed, for technical interventions designed to improve its
    operations, or for maintenance procedures.

personally been using ovh for years and have hosted some very big services on there and still do, with frequent ddos attacks against them. It sounds like to me you was doing something you shouldn't be, for example sending out too much traffic, which results in automatic suspending of your service, under their terms and conditions (which you quoted).

please post the logs that you received.

Again why i use trenta host. This is like the 5th person i have seen have this issue. Been working with trentahost for 9 months not a single problem.

Edit: NEver used ovh but i have heard this same thing so many times. IF they are gonna delete your data they should at least consider that the customer might have valuable information like a project or something on there. Thats a poor way to treat customers and Sadly they will learn the hard way by losing customers. However if you were doing wrong A suspension of server seems logical however deleting your data is just poor.

That log is outbound, its your IP attacking someone else. A syn flood to a web server (port 80)

    src: 142.44.246.137 Organization: OVH Hosting
dst: 183.6.111.236 ISP: China Telecom Guangdong

If you didn't initiate this attack then yes your service was compromised. This is why you was suspended without warning.

So why the hell are you slandering them then for something that was your fault? You're being immature as fuck slandering someones company for your own mistakes. Either A you attacked someone else from the vps or B, someone hacked your vps because your password is "testing" and ddosed someone from your vps which caused ovh to put your vps offline which they had every right to do because your broke their contract.
