Except with a card issuer they will take evidence that the customer received their goods, virtual or not.

Paypal dont offer any seller protection for virtual goods

If you're over 18, call paypal and tell them the whole story, they usually take your story. I've done this before and they've always taken my story. I've never lost a single chargeback.

I may be wrong, but if PayPal see that you're providing evidence and especially stuff such as them agreeing to not chargeback should win you the case, I may be wrong so don't quote me on it.
Yeah that's what I've always done and have won also take pictures of time stamps on them saying $amount sent - will not charge back bla bla and then take a picture of the time stamp the money was received and give it to paypal that's another thing I usually do and have always won best of luck!
