    Hey guys,

I need help. A guy donated $65 (4 different transations) on 2nd of October. Today, he opened a Unauthorised claim. How should i respond so I win this case?

The buyer is Non-US and unverified.

How can i prove to Paypal that the buyer got the things he bought and that its not unauthorised?

You either refund them to keep your paypal account from possibly being banned or you do not reply and there is a chance Paypal will give you back the money.
I have 6 different paypals from 3 different countries that are in me and my mum's names, most of them are banned except for my current one because i refund everyone who chargesback.

What you should do is email the chargebackers, offer them
alot of Donator rewards, make up a tonne of excuses to get them to cancel, then ban them. Works for me 50% of the time i'd say

    Then they just chargeback again?

Unauthorised when the person is not verified can be a tricky one, it is highly likely that it could of been a stolen card used. When the account has been verified and been used a lot, they have various information from previous transactions to go by, provide as much detail about the buyer as you can, ip addresses, email address anything you have. If the item is intangible then you need to explain this and exactly what it is.

Once they chargeback, then they cancel it (for item complaints or item not received etc), they won't be able to re-chargeback, bro i'm too pussy to argue against the claim, i've done it before and got banned, i literally cannot afford getting banned rn ;(

not sure who you bank with, but can just call bank back up and chargeback again, specially under those circumstances.

Unless you have a terms of service that is active and was agreed upon purchase you can't really do anything.

I mean, I guess you could if you have proof of delivery (email delivery or something?)

They could.. but in this case they cannot cause it's an unverified Paypal.. the minute you add a bank CreditCard Paypal will make sure you verify or they eventually limit the account.

I had someone chargeback a while ago, I showed them the IPN log and also showed them the TOS that they agreed to and won, coulda just been luck but I'd give it a shot.
I may be wrong, but if PayPal see that you're providing evidence and especially stuff such as them agreeing to not chargeback should win you the case, I may be wrong so don't quote me on it.

I had a lots of Child trying to claimback for my Website Services, some weeks after it was done.
I never use the same Paypal account, what I use to do is to get a mule for 2 weeks , and send back to another mule verified , and to my main account.

You could send, to Paypal proof such as : Skype Discussion , Works done. (I always win.)
