unless titled "senior", "lead", "principal" - the job is entry level. just because the title omits "junior" doesn't mean it isn't a junior role (i.e. somebody with no industry experience that has qualifications can join the role)

Glassdoor reviews tend to only be posted by people unhappy with the company, I wouldn't take them too seriously.

I wouldn't necessarily read into it too much, big companies hire all the time. Can't avoid some level of staff turnover.

Also have to consider the cost of living. That said, Cambridge actually has a fairly high cost of living (housing in particular is expensive).

I think Fagex know something about us developers. I personally think they are taking it to new levels to kill the RSPS community
